Pixopixo Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Pixopixo Android App, website, and related services.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Pixopixo, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and minimum age
You must meet the minimum age shown for Pixopixo in Google Play and be legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires parental consent, a parent or guardian must provide it. The configured minimum age must match the target audience declared in Play Console before publication.
3. Account responsibilities
If the released App provides accounts, you are responsible for accurate information, reasonable account security, and activity under your credentials. Notify support if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share passwords with us.
4. User content ownership
You retain ownership of content you create or submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and must not infringe another person’s rights.
5. License needed to operate the service
When you submit content to an available Pixopixo feature, you grant Pixopixo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and distribute it only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, and improve that feature. If you publish content, the license includes making it available according to the publication settings. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable technical backups and records we must retain.
6. AI-generated content
If an AI-assisted feature is available, you remain responsible for the prompts, source material, generated output, and how you use or publish it. Outputs can be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, or subject to third-party rights. Do not treat generated content as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Pixopixo to break the law; exploit or endanger people; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; distribute malware; impersonate others; deceive, defraud, spam, or harass; interfere with the service; or evade safety and moderation systems. Additional content rules appear in the Community Guidelines.
8. Content moderation and removal
We may review reports and remove, restrict, or preserve access to content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or investigate abuse. A website reporting channel does not replace any in-App safety controls required for a released public-content feature.
9. Intellectual property
Pixopixo’s software, branding, design, and original materials are owned by Pixopixo or its licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit them except where applicable law allows.
10. Account suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risks, legal requirements, or threats to users or the service. You may stop using Pixopixo and request account deletion at any time.
11. Service availability
Features can change to maintain security, comply with law, fix problems, or improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will not advertise unreleased features as currently available.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Pixopixo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or continuous availability. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pixopixo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Pixopixo. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Governing law
The governing-law jurisdiction must be confirmed in the central site configuration before these Terms are published.
